Brown Rice – (തവിടോടുകൂടിയ മട്ട അരി)
Nutrient-dense Matta rice with the outer bran fully intact, retaining maximum fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Grown under strict responsible farming standards.

Matta Aval – മട്ട അവൽ
Crispy, roasted red rice flakes (poha). Perfect for a light, traditional Kerala breakfast or evening snacks, made from responsibly sourced grains.

Chakka Varatty – ചക്ക വരട്ടി
Slow-cooked jackfruit preserve made with sweet jaggery and pure ghee. Prepared using traditional techniques without artificial preservatives.

Sambar Powder – സാമ്പാർ പൊടി
